there isn't any investigation into the nursing homes thing? there's nobody with any position of authority who has even mentioned or threatened or seemingly considered looking into his conduct in the nursing home thing, to some criminal capacity? the nursing homes thing happened like a year ago now? all that's happened is they got 'caught' covering up the numbers.

NY is blue enough that the governor can murder the elderly and be re-elected. But not every state who did the same thing is.
