Aberdeen had 5,612 residents according to the 2010 census. Every 100 votes represents nearly 2% of the total population, likely 4% of the voting population. If we project the 68 improperly stamped by this one woman across the US it represents about 4 million votes. (no less accurate than any poll with a sample size of 1,000 or so, like many weekly polls)
