Incorrect. The article is a microcosm of a larger concern. It is further confirmation of what everyone here already suspects about how voting is handled. Remember - "tHeRe'S nO pROoF oF eLeCtiOn fRaUd". We're constantly hit over the head with that shit, despite there being significant numbers of this type of bullshit going on. People are riffing on the reality we're faced with - no matter how obvious the fraud, we will be told "it doesn't matter". And then you roll in and say "but it wasn't even the Presidential election" as if that somehow absolves the issue of any concern. Quite the opposite --> it is yet further evidence of just how commonplace and widespread the issue is.
