My buddy works at a transmission shop and says drunk trannys at least once a month will come by and demand a blowjob from front counter guy. They take it in stride though, after the last guy quit, they try to hire handsome young guys to make it even more tempting for the trannys, and some awesome comic relief for the mechanics.
Just be sure to do it after your food arrives safely.
