I've read that in the early 1800's there were whole years with essentially no summer, especially in New England. This is only a crisis in the sense that it would jeopardize the post-WW2 unnatural population growth that the elite want to maintain as a shackle for the west. America still feeds half the world.

the 1812 year without a summer was caused by a huge volcanic eruption. goes to show you the sun and volcanoes are the ones that need to have carbon taxes, not us humans who don't even do anything to change the climate.

Yeah that would be due to the 1815 eruption of Mount Tambora in Indonesia, which is the largest eruption in 4000+ years.
