Whoever's giving him advice is dropping the ball here. Keep building his own website or whatever he's been working on but until that's up and running take advantage of Rush's airtime and reach. Come on Jr. we know you check out this site. Say something to dad!! Just Sayin'

Because he wants the media to attempt to try and scrape ratings by making up stupid bullshit stories. He's also giving them a chance to turn on Biden, which I think is going to happen this year. Hes letting this all simmer, so the people start to realize how much they've been lied to (and how much they fucked up). He will rise up again, but unfortunately we need more turmoil to happen first, in order to change people's minds.
