You need to do the following...like fucking now.
1)Call a lawyer and sue for harassment.
2)Arm yourselves. Cops or no cops. if they try to hurt your brother you have to stop it, with fucking force.
3) I'd probably send your brother and sister away to a relatives until this gets sorted out. LEO are scumbags and would 100 percent kill your brother given the chance.

I only heard of it today but it has apparently been going on for a week now. I got suspicious when I noticed the cops coming around our house frequently. Today was the kicker when one sat outside by our mailbox until a car pulled into the driveway next door. Apparently they've been harassing his friends too, anyone they've seen him with. My brother's friends parents are starting to get concerned too, these cops have got everyone spooked
