uh.... what? some of these, sure, but... rainwater? cutting hair? lemonade stands? i have never heard of laws against these things. most of the other stuff ive heard or just seems like a thing theyd do.
There are many municipalities that outlaw collecting rainwater, especially in drought-prone areas(like California). And I've seen a few stories over the years of police shutting down little kid's lemonade stands because they didn't have a permit and it was "unsafe".
