A chunk of it is because of freeze damage to refineries in Texas.

That's not true either. Gas prices rose to current levels before the freeze.

Bullshit, they went up some, then the freeze they went up another 25 cents or so.

2.39 before the freeze, 2.39 after. Just now are they getting over .40, but okay.

Most refineries are on the coast anyways. Didn't have the freeze problem like centex did.

Oh yes, your one single experience is proof of a thing.

It went up 35 cents here since the freeze and we're nowhere near Texas nor are we getting summer blend in early March.
