We were discussing a movie we saw (I didn't because I was writing a paper all day but I bullshitted my way through it) about how social media was spying on users and manipulating users to behave in certain ways. During the discussion it turned into politics and it became known most of my class are radical leftists including the professor. I know this shouldn't be a surprise but it shocked me hearing my professor essentially groom communists, telling us how smart we are and how much more educated we are than previous classes he had and the ones we have to watch out for are our grandparents

Hearing him say it's a good thing fake news and bad actors are being censored on social media and 1A doesn't apply to them because it's a private company and the Free Market of Ideas only counts if the people are "rational."

Hearing commies saying the other side can just look stuff up themselves if they want to learn anything and to practice caring. Hearing the professor say there isn't a center anymore and there isn't an objective truth. Asking how democracy and society can function if there is no common truth to draw on and unable to have normal conversation.

Fact checking is done by communists using sites like factcheck.org and politifact.com, trusting .org and .gov sites, and actually practicing seeing what the fact checkers "find" until they don't need the fact check sites as a crutch anymore. More praise.

No math, no common sense, no logic, no rational thought. They get their opinions people who do not have their best interests at heart. All this after watching a movie about how social media manipulates people. What the communist left got from it is it cannot possibly apply to them and the media should be going farther than they already are and the "other side" isn't worth talking to except maybe offline.

My teacher said he had maybe one rational discussion online. Probably because he's a fucking commie. Oh and hearing a student openly admit cutely that she is anti-capitalist. No one batted an eye. I wonder how well my political opinions would go.

Hearing all that made me glad I hide my moderate opinions, because now I can hear how this degenerates think. The secret is they don't.

They're too useless to try and think. They get their facts from a fucking figurehead behind a screen smirking and rubbing his hands together. They take it all as fact, they memorize the "patterns" the website spews forth, and then apply it to their everyday life. And people like my professor PRAISE them for it.

People around my age trying to get a good grade to get that useless degree lap that shit up. That kind of "positive" motivation activates their teacher's pet mentality and they'll carry that shit for the rest of their lives until one day something doesn't add up.

The teacher told us to just imagine how technology will progress several years from now if today it's already frightening. Then pretty much implies the "alt right" doesn't deserve rights, they don't deserve to be heard, they aren't on the same mental level as the precious communists.
