It’s an unconstitutional law. It should be challenged. Unelected health officials should not have any authority to enact any laws or mandates

Looks like they're just paying the fine, though, not challenging it. They're knowingly breaking the law and paying the literal price for it.

It's still a law, you even referred to it as such when you called it an "unjust law". If it wasn't a law, they wouldn't be paying.
