They are invaders. They will pillage these lands until there is nothing left and move to the next. The surveilance state does not affect them. They will commit all their crimes and attack anyone suggesting punishment. Their children will hate us as soon as they can speak. They will speak our language fluently, know our systems, and will use them to destroy us from the inside.
