This is one of the many reasons the COVID death count is bullshit. If COVID killed an otherwise healthy 40 year old with no underlying health conditions, that's a COVID death. If COVID kills an obese 40 year old that should be like half attributed to COVID. If an obese 80 year old with respiratory or heart issues dies of COVID, that's like a third or a quarter COVID, or maybe categorized as something completely different since the person who is above average life span.
I'm not a doctor so I'm not saying I know the best way to account for multiple morbidities, but anyone who tries to count the death of an otherwise healthy young person the same as an extremely unhealth person above average lifespan to COVID death counts is obviously full of shit. All these doctors doing it should be charge with malpractice.
