I recommend starting with High Intensity Interval training. Spend 1 minute a day for a month exercising as hard/fast as you can to get your heart rate up. Just 1 minute. That's less than 0.1% of your day. After a week you will see a huge difference in your energy and motivation to get better.
Yep, worked for me. As long as whatever you did was high intensity, like cycling on max difficulty, using a rower, sprinting, or whatever. If you're as fat and out of shape as I was, your heart rate will still be up 10 mins later. And the entire time that's happening, it's getting a workout.
Even easier- just do squats with no weight added at first. Squats are often called the king of exercises—and for good reason. Squats work the largest muscles in the body, the thighs, and so they not only stimulate serious gains in muscular size and strength but also provide a systemic metabolic stimulation that seems to encourage even upper-body growth.
