Exercise and eat in moderation, shrek. You can't be a part of the revolution if you have a heart attack first.

I recommend starting with High Intensity Interval training. Spend 1 minute a day for a month exercising as hard/fast as you can to get your heart rate up. Just 1 minute. That's less than 0.1% of your day. After a week you will see a huge difference in your energy and motivation to get better.
