Seems like it would be a dumb idea for the CIA/FBI to start a movement that exposes the wide spread pedophilia in highest ranking of government and the massive corruption of the CIA and FBI....

QAnon is just a message board where random people collect information and spitball theories. FBI/CIA are most certainly trying to infiltrate and control the flow of theories. But I highly doubt the Government created the movement that woke up the planet.
