Hard times make strong men

Strong men make good times

Good times make weak men

Weak men make hard times (we are here)

What if estrogen in our food makes weak men?

HazelHen 16 points ago +16 / -0

Not just food, but environment. Plastics and many of the wash chemicals are endocrine disrupters and are certainly having an effect.

I always marveled at the stupidity of people who reeked of fabric softener and bathe themselves in body sprays and all sorts of lotions and soaps.

I might have a marvelous stupidity but I love washing my body with soap, getting out of the shower and putting on a spritz of cologne and if my skin is dry I'll put on some baby oil. I've found that the type of women I like are attracted to clean smelling men. I'm middle aged and my testosterone level is probably in the same range as when I was in my 20's. I'm sure your point is correct in that it is food and environment but I'd like to add another factor. I never ever watch TV. I haven't for 30+ years. It's the biggest brainwashing propaganda distribution system ever devised. From what I've gathered the big push is get whitey out of the public eye, push interracial couples, push the gay agenda, push transgender bullshit and demasculinize men.

Kill your television

Maybe he’s referring to people who leave scent trails behind wherever they walk and who lotion themselves up all the damned time. Those people are helpless. There isn’t a damned thing wrong with smelling nice but I should only be picked up on if someone is in, or VERY near, my personal space.

Bingo Pede!! Who’s “VISION” is the tv giving you TEL-A-VISION ?!? Hmm 🤔 Cut that cable and get Sling TV ( pick your channels Ala Carte) Can’t wait for GabTV.
I love watching the BW classic comedies, movies, etc.

That would fall under line 3. Good times allow for more weird shit to happen.

Stop parroting that shit. Its likely something else.

Also, you are retarded if you think these are "hard times". Despite everything, life has never been easier.

1
holytrpbatman 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'll parrot whatever the fuck I want. Why don't you expound a bit on your simpleton viewpoint "it's likely something else" narrative. Like what, Einstein?

How the fuck should I know? I'm fucking shredded.

magnokor 18 points ago +18 / -0

From seeing some pictures of the WNBA.

The missing testosterone is being found by "female" basketball players.

.

Only 30% of 18- to 29-year-olds chose “completely masculine.”

Blame the single mothers who allowed their sons to watch Will & Grace.

Women on birth control prefer effeminate men. It’s been clearly documented.

It’s a huge problem we have right now.

Interesting where can i read on this

It’s been known for at least a decade and has massive effects on society and yet no one gives a shot for some reason.

Avoid soy at all costs.

That means cutting out almost every processed food.

Cutting all fried food.

Choosing organic/grass fed meats/dairy.

White flour products should also be cut as much as possible, processed carbs spike blood sugar because of how quickly your body can convert it to sugar.

4
NotAPuma 4 points ago +5 / -1

Is it reversible after cutting out Soy?

You're gonna have to add an exercise routine. It's diet AND exercise, not diet OR exercise. Yard work is not exercise.

4
holytrpbatman 4 points ago +4 / -0

Farming is definitely not yard work lol.

2
Boldwithoutthebull 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not a doctor but I assume it's similar to other destructive things people do to their bodies (drinking, smoking, fake sugar, lack of activity etc) the longer you've done it the more damage you'll have done to yourself. Cutting soy, sugar, processed carbs alcohol, starting to exercise will help you lose weight, increase libido, energy levels, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, cut inflammation, increase mental health etc. which is all great and will help you feel much better but there's only so much damage proper diet and excercise can correct so you can't really expect miracles.

Feeding your body properly with whole unprocessed foods and exercising at least 20-30min a day is probably the two most important things you could do to improve your life.

2
loric4882 2 points ago +2 / -0

See your doc and get your level tested. You can supplement if you need to.

Yeah I know avocado oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil etc. are all good for you and are fine for frying at home with, but almost every fried food you can buy out that's prepared for you will have been cooked in soy oil or a "vegetable oil" blend with soy oil so a good rule of thumb is "don't buy any fried food out, if you must eat fried food cook it yourself."

TheNightJanitor 12 points ago +14 / -2

Soy.

Seriously, do some reading.

Soy does this.

9
HazelHen 9 points ago +9 / -0

Soy is an important factor but not the sole. Plastics and other chemicals act as endocrine disrupters and screw up hormones. There is also the potential gut flora connection as well.

4
NotAPuma 4 points ago +4 / -0

Is it reversible?

8
defroach84 8 points ago +8 / -0

Via a high protein diet with ample fiber and daily exercise one can undo much of the damage. Assuming you weren't chugging soy during puberty you can regain the muscle mass and regain your libido without any pills or doctors. Check out the book Testosterone Advantage Plan by Lou Schuler.

NotAPuma 2 points ago +2 / -0

Any suggested brands of Food and such?

4
holytrpbatman 4 points ago +5 / -1

Steaks, fish, fresh vegetables.

spez: Locally sourced, if you can. You'll pay a bit more, but you'll get much higher quality food, which makes a huge difference

4
deleted 4 points ago +5 / -1
3
neverreddit 3 points ago +3 / -0

Also you’ll eat less. When you eat high quality foods they naturally release feelings of fullness in your body so you need less.

4
Carolina1 4 points ago +4 / -0

Two lifestyle choices affect testosterone levels, too. Alcohol reduces testosterone and increases estrogen, and smoking pot lowers testosterone.

3
TheNightJanitor 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, I don't do either one of those. So..... 👍

11
Lol_Garrus 11 points ago +11 / -0

Soy is in a lot more products than you think.

Its not just the soy lattes and soy milks faggots from seattle drink.

Soy beans and soy oil are used in a wide variety of products.

For example, soy oil is used in Pizza Huts dough

9
captainmundane 9 points ago +10 / -1

Eat more meat and real fat. Not veggie oils. Our hormones are regulated through fat. I'm female and I made my diet more beef, eggs and butter. I feel loads better when I do. When they took our fats is when we got weak and obese.

6
holytrpbatman 6 points ago +7 / -1

Funny how they turned animal fats into a bad thing. It was only a staple of the human diet for thousands of years. So yeah, fats bad, like orange man.

6
neverreddit 6 points ago +6 / -0

The science was literally this sophisticated: if you eat fat you’ll get fat! Never trust the latest science.

6
ByrdSchitt 6 points ago +6 / -0

I believe that happened in the 60s. Sugar companies paid for research saying fats are bad but sugar is great!

9
becky21k1 9 points ago +10 / -1

7

I think the woke black women stole it.

Look at a graph of the timelines. Both lower testosterone and higher female infertility rates started at the same time as the mmr vaccine.

4
TheVeryHungryPatriot 4 points ago +4 / -0

All y’all out here ranting about the phytoestrogens in soy but not the actual mammal estrogens you’re consuming in cows breast milk. 🤮

It’s not just humans, the dogs are seeing a decline in sperm as well which leads many researches to believe it’s not all diet related. It’s all these endocrine disrupting chemicals we spray as “fire retardants” on our homes, on our furniture, our beds. The average new home has over 4lbs of flame retardants. They’re spraying this shit on the pajamas you put on your infant children without any studies on long term health impacts.

2
redditiscucked 2 points ago +2 / -0

Tap water has estrogen too

2
DonaldisHuge 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ok, a follow up on OP’s post hopefully this won’t be TLDR.

IMO, this isn’t an accident. Many others On this thread have written about these things but I’d like to add my two cents as well :

  1. Both BPAs and BPS in Plastic containers, plastic bottles and plastic wraps have been linked with reproductive disorders, lowered cognitive function, behavioral problems in children and increased oxidative stress, among other health disorders, they can also mimic the effects of estrogen in women ( and men.) Example : Use products such as butter wrapped in paper (Amish rolled butter.) Glass bottles are great as well.

  2. Avoid ANYTHING made with Soy. Any soy products cause an increase in estrogen levels. Soybeans, Soy milk, vegan cheeses most vegan crap STAY AWAY. Many fast food restaurants such as Subway use soy products in their buns, others use oil to cook with. AVOID fast food, These days it’s cheaper to eat at home anyway plus you know what’s in your food. Plus 98% of Soy on planet is now GMO. Fu%k Monsanto.

  3. Drink spring water when you can, AVOID tap water and get a whole house filter if possible. If a whole house filter is too expensive you can get some good quality filters for your kitchen tap and your bathroom shower. All of the chemicals including fluoride, chlorine and heavy metals in the tapwater are detrimental long term/some even short term. The government says that the water sanitation facilities remove all the impurities in the water but that doesn’t address the PHARMACEUTICALS that’re flushed down the toilet by ppl constantly ( such as BP pills, birth control meds, etc).
Get a portable water filtration device for your bug out bag as well.

  4. Exercise 3 times per week. Do bodyweight exercises such as squats, bench, etc. Many people think all that’s required Is doing cardio. When you do Squats and Deadlifts ( using a trap bar preferably) you get a surge of natural GH and test. Lifting makes you STRONG. For Cardio 2/3 times a week a brisk walk outside is what I prefer.

  5. Eat Grass Fed meats ( or vinison) whenever you can. Humans are OMNIVORES. Again, avoid these “meat substitutes” at all costs. Grass fed meats = higher test levels.

5a) Try to eat organic nutrient rich foods as much as possible. The foods we have in this country now are dense in calories, but not in nutrients and vitamins/minerals. Huge, multinational corporate farms have all begun using GMO foods and have been continually using pesticides, herbicides and chemicals which of also most likely contributed to hormone issues as well as cancer and a host of other things. GROW your own food if you’re able to added BONUS when your growing/preparing your own food, you’ll know what’s in it as well.

6)Stay away from any body washes, shampoos or anything you put on your body that has SLS or laurel sulfate in them. According to many studies in Europe, these cause an increase in DHT in our bodies which causes hair loss and many other effects. Make your own soap or get from many local farmers markets. The LESS CHEMICALS the better.
People have commented about how thick my hair is for years and I’m over 40, I’ve use nothing but organic shampoos since I was in my early 20s and most of my friends have thinning hair or are going bald. According to Dr B Lipton “only 2% or disease/Heath conditions on the planet are linked to genetics.” Instead of traditional lotions, moisturizers, etc use Organic Extra Virgin coconut oil in a glass jar. Bonus you can also Cook with it ; helpful for many things if you research it.

7)Eat Raw and Fermented foods such as kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, etc on a Regular basis. Great for our 2nd Brain (Gut) and some studies ( animal ) point to an increase in size of testes. As other ppl have also pointed out they can help the body rid itself of phytoestrogens.
RAW milk from grass-fed cows is extremely beneficial, look up Dr Weston Price and Dr JR Crewe.

I think it's a side effect of our culture. Everyone wants to blame diet or vaccines and while there might be something there I think the easiest reason is culture.

By empowering women and oppressing men then pushing the destruction of gender roles and 50/50 equality in everything not to mention integration of men and women in schools while also having men be taught entirely by women, you end up with low testosterone males.

The government's monopoly on violence to solve all forms of disputes is a huge problem too. If men were allowed to use violence to solve minor disputes and use their physical strength to get what they want in life, it'd lead to the promotion of testosterone.

As it stands right now our entirely culture leads to the promotion of low testosterone.

The_Bloofy_Bullshark 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fun fact, 1kg of raw Testosterone powder costs around $350.

All you need is benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, a carrier oil like grape seed oil and a way to filter it (0.22 micron syringe filters for example).

100ml of 250mg/ml Test E (10*10ml bottles) uses 25g of Test E raws.

The average TRT dose that should put you near the top of the range is around 125mg/wk. You do the math...

If you want to take back your life, get testosterone pellets. They bring the color and energy back into your life. about $1500 a year and worth every penny.

About how far out can you tell you need to re-up?

I get about 3-4 weeks notice before my body requires new testosterone. Ive been on for 1.5yrs and still feeling it out as its always a lil different every time.

Now note the well known latino machismo, both culturally and physically:

Puerto Rican to TexMex to Californios...

1 or 10 generation Stateside, it persists and is very dominant in traits and actions...

Maybe Sbuela's trad cooking really is the key, like so many commenting below point out.✅

That and Vicks applied liberally on a regular basis 😉😹

Its a good time to be an alpha. Now for the discussion on polygamy, in nature and history the successful males take more mates and the species thrives, do we see a paradigm shift back to this?
