Soy.

Seriously, do some reading.

Soy does this.

Soy is an important factor but not the sole. Plastics and other chemicals act as endocrine disrupters and screw up hormones. There is also the potential gut flora connection as well.

Is it reversible?

Via a high protein diet with ample fiber and daily exercise one can undo much of the damage. Assuming you weren't chugging soy during puberty you can regain the muscle mass and regain your libido without any pills or doctors. Check out the book Testosterone Advantage Plan by Lou Schuler.

Steaks, fish, fresh vegetables.

spez: Locally sourced, if you can. You'll pay a bit more, but you'll get much higher quality food, which makes a huge difference

Two lifestyle choices affect testosterone levels, too. Alcohol reduces testosterone and increases estrogen, and smoking pot lowers testosterone.
