Via a high protein diet with ample fiber and daily exercise one can undo much of the damage. Assuming you weren't chugging soy during puberty you can regain the muscle mass and regain your libido without any pills or doctors. Check out the book Testosterone Advantage Plan by Lou Schuler.

Steaks, fish, fresh vegetables.

spez: Locally sourced, if you can. You'll pay a bit more, but you'll get much higher quality food, which makes a huge difference

Also you’ll eat less. When you eat high quality foods they naturally release feelings of fullness in your body so you need less.
