Eat more meat and real fat. Not veggie oils. Our hormones are regulated through fat. I'm female and I made my diet more beef, eggs and butter. I feel loads better when I do. When they took our fats is when we got weak and obese.

Funny how they turned animal fats into a bad thing. It was only a staple of the human diet for thousands of years. So yeah, fats bad, like orange man.
