Exactly... there's been an almost unbroken string of imminent threats the government and media lord over the populace. 'Terrorism', 'Cold War', 'AIDS', 'Global Warming', 'COVID'.
Keeping the populace in a perpetual state of fear keeps them off kilter and unable to keep their bearings long enough to realize they're just having their money stolen from them. In fact, it's not enough that they steal large sums of our money... they even put us ALL into DEBT, spending money we don't even have.
Before Covid, we were gradually starting to make some minimal change in the culture. We were almost, but not quite, on the offense. And the NPCs were almost, but not quite, on the verge of dimly opening their eyes.
Then Covid “hit” and they knocked us back not just to square one, but a few places back from that. Forget about trying to push for justice for Flynn, or prosecuting the FBI for forging evidence, or criticizing Jussie Smolllett for paying two Nigerian dudes to beat him up, or asking why didn’t Epstein kill himself, or pointing out that Obama wiretapped his political rivals. All of that has been wiped off the table. Now we are reduced to pleading with our rulers to not wear muzzles on our faces and trying to find any legal loophole to keep local and small businesses open. Oh and of course any attempt at organizing as Trump supporters has been redefined as an insurrection. So to even bring up Jussie Smollett at this point just sounds stupid. Every child’s face in every western nation is now strapped with a muzzle. We are barely fighting off mandatory vaccines, and even that will probably be a win for them too. Half the population has gone crazy with hysteria. Even the so-called conservatives wouldn’t let people into CPAC unless they were muzzled.
I think they’ll blow it all up before letting us take them out as well. Why not? They know once we amass there’s no stopping us and they’re doomed so might as well burn the country down anyway
Yup, the elites in power have extensive underground shelters and moon bases built, which their reptilian DNA prefers anyway. They can easily through us into the Stone Age for a couple years, let us all kill eachother, and re-emerge still in control.
I think an EMP is most likely, since they do not want to compromise Earth’s natural resources. They want to depopulate humans.
They haven’t done it yet, because it will carry some risk for them as well, and prefer to silently and gradually depopulate us which is what they are doing and enough are going along with it.

No need to EMP, the China Flu RNA vaccine generates antibodies that are distinct from antibodies generated by a natural infection.
No doubt some Chinese poindexter is slaving away in the Wuhan lab making China Flu 2 that only attacks people with the vaccine antibodies.
