I once went to look at an apartment that was near the Microsoft campus in Redmond Wa (lots of H1b Indians) and it was like that too, the whole place smelled like straight ass. It was a 2 bedroom apartment but what these people do is cram as many people as they can in to save money on rent, I wouldn't be surprised if there were 5+ living in there before. Anyways, I didn't get the apartment because of how bad it was.
