So the way our system.works is, the house passes a bill, the senate then votes on it. If the senate passes it, it goes to the president for signature. Once the president signs, it becomes law. Constitutionality is not anywhere in this equation. Once the law passes someone must sue the government claiming unconstitutionality. The lawsuit will get slow played through the courts, likely until after the 2022 election. Once the lawsuit makes it to the Supreme Court it must be heard at precisely the right moment which nobody actually knows. Too soon and it will be determined the plaintiff has no standing. Too late and the case is moot. The law will stand and we are one step closer to Venezuela. Our nation is lost.

That's not true. "All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Act accordingly.
