The constitution states that elections are to be held in the manner that the state legislatures choose. STATE legislatures, not Congress.
So, I'd like to see a bunch of states come out right now and say that if this bill becomes law, they WILL NOT COMPLY.
The time to fight this is NOW. We need to help the RINOs and Manchin make the right call and vote down this unconstitutional travesty, since we know Biden will sign it and we can no longer rely on the Supreme Court.
