They shouldn't have been counted, and they wouldn't have been if the supreme court would have taken TX's case, that's why they didn't, they would have had to side with TX and all those state's elections would have been ruled null and void. There was so much bad info flying around after the election, but isn't this the heart of the matter for many states?
They changed their election laws illegally, without going through the state legislature.
