cuomo already got a legitimate excuse. trump's CDC and health dept actually promoted placing covid people into nursing homes, LMFAO! why do cucks on our side keep ignoring that? any court case with the nursing homes will never happen unless you want to see them in the end sue trump and blame it all on him. cuomo's sex problems, OTOH are easy to prosecute and lead to his firing. no trump to blame.
I think the issue is that with so many field hospitals made available by the federal government (that were essentially ignored by state and local governments), there was no need to even consider sending CV patients into nursing homes. We all remember the hospital ships that were sent to LA and NYC that would have been a better place for CV patients, but these were also ignored by local politicians.
