The problem is the Supreme Court actually doesn't have any real power. Tons of unconstitutional laws have been passed for decades, nothing done about it and here we are. Every federal law should have to pass through the Supreme Court before becoming a law. State laws need to pass their Supreme courts as well. Supreme Court is nothing more than a hall monitor who gets to choose what they pay attention to.
