I don’t know about that. Based on red states passing laws that they can override Biden’s EOs I think some republican state officials are waking up to The Great Reset agenda. I would like to think Texas is waking up.
He also can't have credit for "ending the lockdowns", even though they were never federal in the first place, if every state does it themselves out of turn.

They absolutely do NOT want red states reopening. They want to run with the hysteria to achieve "reset".
I might believe you, but Biden has no leverage to allow or disallow here. Governors can do what they like.
