Never pass. Plus it's unconstitutional and would require an amendment to the constitution. 2/3 of both houses of Congress and ratification by at least 38 states.
Sorry to say this, it already passed.
It passed Congress. Now it moves to the Senate where it will be annihilated!! (hopefully).
I am praying it gets shut down but Democrats are becoming very aggressive with passing partisan bills.

What is HR1 for the uninformed?
HR1 is the voting reform bill that just passed the house. The idea is to make the "fortification" of the election done in 2020 to be the new normal. It will give power to the Federal government to dictate states how to run the elections.
Last cycle democrats themselves rejected HR1 saying that it was prone for systematic voter fraud.
