Cuz it actually lasts vs cheap pc plastic garbage. 2013 MBPr going strong compared to my longest living pc laptop was 3 years.
If you spent as much on your windows laptop then your mac laptop it would of lasted the same. You seem to be comparing a 199$ walmart laptop here.
