I looked at the ussenatate.gov and it doesn't say. I don't see how this bill is constitutionally legal to begin with because of states rights. Commiefuck California has no say on how blessed Texas votes and vice versa and neither does the judicial branch that's compromised.

Legalities doesn’t exactly matter to these people! They put it on paper and they vote. Therefore it’s all legal and they have judges all the way up to the SUPREMES to make it SO.

GPO Senators have stated they will delay the vote as long as possible, perhaps weeks or more. So, it is not scheduled.

If they stand firm on filibuster, it would never come up for a vote.
