All indications say they're gonna rule in favor of Republicans and strike down a portion of the Voting Rights Act that makes it easier for Dems to cheat. This case will be super beneficial for us.

I believe it’s a case of optics. Republican brings a case. No standing or moot. Dem brings case and they hear it. Regardless of the ruling it’s fucking criminal.
The Dems are shitting bricks over this case. They don't want it to be heard since they like the lower court (9th circuit) decision and the oral arguments indicated SCOTUS will strike down the law.
This is going to be a repeat of Shelby County v. Holder by all indications. Dems aren't liking it so far, and it's good news for Republicans.

look it up. same principle as this case, and the court ruled favorably despite 4/4/1 split, instead of the 6/3 we have now.
I think the issue here is people are arguing about whether the system can fix itself. We could have a 1000 favorable supreme court rulings to stop voter fraud, but if we lack standing to actually STOP the fraud when it happens, then those rulings are just meaningless words on paper.
The America we know is finished, and charting a path forward under communist rule wont be pleasant or easy, but it will be infinitely more difficult if you dont accept the reality that the game is permanently 100% rigged against you.
