I honestly don't know how someone lets themselves get fat. It's not like it happens all at once, there is plenty of time to stop the train on the way to obese town.

I lost motivation to work out 7 years ago. After eating like a fat ass, 4 McDouble a day for lunch for 2 months, I gained a couple pounds and a slight belly. I gained 5 lb. max and was still skinny.

But the extra belly alone has been more than enough to motivate me once again to work out and start eating healthy again or just not eat if it came to mcdoubles. I can't imagine letting myself gain 50 lb.

These assholes make excuses that their body has fat bone structure or whatever other bullshit reason they can't lose weight if they tried.

Hey fatass... If you simply eat less, and eat healthier, drop all the candy and soda, YOUR BODY WILL HAVE LITERALLY NO CHOICE BUT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND FAT.

Well, and this is the thing. Most of us when we get a bit plumper, we diet and exercise for a bit until we look and feel more normal.

Getting fat to the point of needing a mobility scooter? I just can't wrap my head around that. It would take effort for me to get to that point. Like, far more food than I am used to eating multiple times a day for years.

I think somebody mentioned in another thread, that one fat show (my 600 pound life or something?) that one of the people in the show was liquidating twinkies to get around the restrictions of her bariatric surgery. And all I could think about when hearing this was....WHY? That just sounds so gross. The only thing I can think of is people who get this big have to just have a completely messed up attitude toward food.

Part of it is the addictive nature of processed foods.... Then like any addict be it drugs or alcohol, they use food to deal with their emotions etc...these foods are designed to make you fat. Eating food isnt looked down upon like using drugs so it becomes an addictive habit that is allowable.

Interesting that the Bible talks about gluttony but so few in the Christian world talk about it.

No one craves cauliflower, salads, or carrots.... But processed sugar has been shown to trigger the same brain areas as hard drugs.

My wife has been watching on YouTube fit to fat where trainers try to gain weight then lose it with their obese customers.

I heard of some trainers became addicted to the junk food and would be sneaking to get it.

A one year water fast would clean all that fat off. That's what a guy in sweden did iirc.
