yet again, why the fuck are social platforms allowed to have "terms of service" when they are marketed as "open discussion platforms for all"?

They never mention in advertising that there are restrictions on what you can and cannot post on their service yet they seem to be allowed carte blanche to ban what they want and say "wE hAvE a pOLiCy" ... This asinine "their company their rules" mentality NEEDS to go. Stop thinking this.
