Cartels may as well be a government. They have petty wars between their ponds on the streets of Mexico, Colombia, El Salvador, etc... but at the top, they are diplomats with one another. They work with terror organizations and corrupt politicians in the middle east.. ensuring satisfactory opium imports to produce their heroin.
They all share a common goal, much like the US and some of our allies. I'm willing to bet if Cartels went to war with a sovereign nation, they would beat 85% of the world's countries.
They are powerful, resourceful, and have been at modern war longer than most. Outside of brute force, they are experts at extortion, corruption, and merging their black markets with legit franchisees.
Hell, I have no doubt that US politicians are compromised by the cartels right now.
You're right, the cartels ARE the defacto local governments in Mexico. This is a far more dangerous situation than our government is willing to admit to. We have a failed narco state along our southern border and it's run primarily by a group of cartels that are responsible for an incredible amount of crime and drugs in our country.
They literally run the Mexican federal government and have successfully purchased alliances with the democrat party in the US.
Except you're forgetting that the entity that controls the cartels and Mexico also controls our own country. There's a huge fucking reason Mexico's leftist President went to bat for Trump and called the election illegitimate. His and Mexico's enemy is our enemy.
Spot on observation, because that is exactly what this is about. The open bordors agenda is 100% about covering up human trafficking specifically sex trafficking of minors who are imprisoned as sex slaves then eventually murdered. Cant have data showing that some of these people dont last very long here after making money for cartel pimps.
The cartels have a better tracking system for these people then the Government does.
Private industry is always more efficient than spending other-peoples-money
Can't we hack into the cartel's system so that we can deport all of the illegals that come in under Biden?

"Cartels may as well be a government."
Cartels are part of the real government that directs everything.
