Sad that we actually have to pass laws banning tyrants from doing tyrannical acts when we have the constitution that tells them what they can and cannot do...: but ....” muh emergency” suspends it all.....

They ignored the supreme law of the land and many others including election laws.....what makes anyone think they will follow laws next time?... so this is largely symbolic.
