The filibuster is still in place so 60 votes are required in the senate to approve. I dont see that happening but have been wrong before. It is hard to predict the behavior of traitors.
The founders said it up the way they did for a specific reason. When one entity controls the voting process they never lose. This is why each state was given freedom to conduct their own elections with minor oversight and rules. The Fed should NEVER get involved unless Federal laws are broken.
