The order said nothing about forcing people not to wear masks. It’s still a choice. It’s always been. It was a toothless mandate since you could always say you didn’t feel like it. Since they’re only sending stimulus payments to 17 million people (lol) there’s no choice but to open up. These people have no idea how federalism works.
