They will continue to jam anything and everything through to make it impossible to ever stop them legally. I just hope enough people eventually realize the reality we're in, that this can't be resolved without violence. Even the peaceful solutions will bring about violence.
None of this stuff will even make it to the Senate floor without Mitch cooperating, because they need 60 votes to invoke cloture, which brings the bill out of committee for a floor vote. Otherwise it’s an automatic filibuster.
So unless Mitch has an attack of the “Romneys” we should be ok. They won’t have the votes to get past the Senate, and if they do manage get a bill through the Senate, then we know who to blame.
