Except the only standing they have for forcing people to wear them inside of a store is that the government forced everyone to do it and the stores followed. Just don't wear them and ignore them.
That isn't how private property works. If you don't wear a mask in private businesses, they can and WILL ask your ass to leave. And if you don't, they'll cite you for trespassing and the cops will escort you out.

That's not true. We have anti descrimination laws on the book. I use them every day to enter "muh private property" without a mask.
