Considering she replaced Robert Bentley, who resigned as governor of Alabama in disgrace for using tax dollars to carry his married mistress about while banging her and cuckolding the woman’s husband, it is truly remarkable how seemingly worthless she is. Ron DeSantis and Bill Lee made Ivey and Tate Reeves look like buffoons. If I recall, she was a Democrat at one point, which says quite a lot about why she’s sympathetic and friendly to China. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called out governors like her. Ivey was considered one of the friendliest governors to Chinese dollars.
