I would say there are more demonrats in Texas than in FL or SD. Gotta pander to then a bit and with the vaccines rolling out its easier to justify opening up. Abbott needs to be able to draw votes from demonrats if he is gonna be reelected.

Tennessee was another state that was based as well, but rarely gets talked about. I don’t believe they ever shut down or had a mask mandate.
We should not accept them releasing some next strain and locking us down again for another year. The next time they try this shit we need to really stand up. We lost our freedoms for a fucking year and lost countless businesses. There should be no "next time" accepted by us.
