Why March 10th in Texas? Abbott already signed the executive order. What would be the point of waiting a week?

not sure, its why i asked about alabama's arbitrary date lol. i think its because they don't have the balls to say its effective immediately so they can back out if theres outcry

Grandma Ivy is a people pleaser at best and a RINO at worst. I tend to lean towards she is a people pleaser and caves to perceived pressure from the loud minority.
