So the hr 1 bill will not be passed? If 60 votes aren't in(Unless theres rhinos that praise communism or something funky I just cant imagine) they need 10 or 9 votes to get to 60 and they to abolish the filibuster which I read an article and the article said they cant unless rhinos vote for it.
