A million years ago in charm school they taught us a lady stands in a modified third position, feet slightly turned out one foot just so in front of the other. They made us go down stairs with books on our heads too.
Seems like they don't teach them at all anymore. Young gentlemen too. Sad. Even without all the codified etiquette stuff having good posture is an excellent asset throughout life.

Look at how ballerina dancers stand, or really any female professionally trained dancer.
Take your time looking, they tend to be physical specimens.
