april? how did miz kay justify that? what will magically occur between now and then, to make this possible? my guy had his chemo-port placed this morning...when his dr. found me in the waiting room to tell how things went, he pulled down his mask. so i pulled down mine...and when he left, i didn't pull it back up. no-one said a word. i hate wearing the damn things, and only wear them in medical situations...unfortunately, we've had a lot of those lately.
Now make it illegal for businesses to "require" them unless they are a healthcare facility....masks are health devices and it is illegal for non medical personnel to make others wear them
YEP! Fucking Illinois. I was just in Chicago today and decided to stop at Whole(Soy) Foods without a mask expecting to have liberals chase and curse me out of the store. I walked in and said "I have a medical disability that prevents me from safely wearing a mask." The Asian manager tells me the CDC guidelines require everyone to wear a mask or I need to leave. I told him the CDC guidelines are recommendations/suggestions and began to cite the statute (775 ILCS 5 / 5 - Public Accommodations) that protects me from discrimination against my so-called disability and asked him, "Do suggestions overrides laws?" He stood dumbfounded while I grabbed my food and paid for it with him following me saying I need to leave.
Some of those states are missleading. AZ for instance may not have a state wide mandate, but Maricopa and Coconino are still requiring it for businesses.
In AZ, the counties still have mask mandates so not quite so based
Which county(s) are you referring to? Because HB2770 passed on Feb 25th I believe.

Nebraska may not have a state mandate but they have city mandates all over. 100% of people in masks at grocery stores. Nebraska is riddled with commies now...

Montana doesn't have a state-level mandate. County health(sic) departments are behind the ones that exist. Stores have signs telling people to wear them so they'll "be in compliance."
