Honestly you look at West and sub Saharan Africa and their crime rates mirror Chicago despite the massive cultural difference. It is genetic and I’m starting to think they really cannot help it.
They have responsibility regarding that sure, but this is why segregation wasn’t wrong. If you don’t segregate their violence will spill out everywhere else. And other ethnic groups do not have the same level of aggression and are unwilling to defend themselves.
They aren't children in any way whatsoever, but grown adults like everyone else, and should be treated as grown adults, including responsibility for themselves. And it is not sustainable if "segregation" is necessary. I cannot help but wonder whether something like revoking citizenship and deporting all gang members and their families might be at least a little bit helpful, though I don't believe even that would be sufficient at all to make things at least a little bit sustainable. I have heard a number of rumours that the practice of having a "nuclear family" is not that widespread in Sub-Saharan Africa. That it is more a whole town's influence and responsibility of raising children instead of the family's responsibility (and less care about whom is the father and mother of whom - cuckoldry's dream scenario, I imagine), though I am not certain about that. My God, that’s disgusting and evil. I agree, the people living in a community are responsible for the communities success/failure. Black American communities used to be respectable communities though. Now they’re riddled with drugs, crime and violence and they’re dark blue communities that vote overwhelmingly Democrat.
