Yes, but who sits there and listens? Anybody? There needs to be accountability for knowing and understanding the content. What if there is a screen that can be seen that lists the members present and there name is on it as present and removed when absent from the room? Then later the list gets published that shows real counts of the number of minutes and hours of attendance for each person. I know that would never happen but I think the public deserves to know.
