People from surrounding states will flock to make more money. Once surrounding states lose revenue, they will be forced to adopt the same policy. The goal is to force the federal back to tarriff based funding.

Only one problem: the federal government isn’t going to sit back and let states do this the same way they do with illegal immigration. They will come and get every last person who doesn’t pay federal taxes.
