I am confused about how this works. Do they need 60 votes or just 51 to pass HR-1 in the Senate? Will it pass? If it does, we are fucked till the end of time. Please send me some good news, pedes.

I heard 60, it's very unconstitutional thou. Strips powers away from the states that are provided for in the US Constitution. Would need a Constitutional Amendment to become enforceable. To do that they would need super majority's in both the US House and the US Senate and they would need the approval of 38 states for ratification.
